By accessing or using founders.sh (the “Service”), operated by Geonimo LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Founders.sh provides a managed AI agent platform powered by OpenClaw. The Service deploys dedicated AI agent teams that operate within messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack) and a web dashboard on behalf of subscribers. The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
AI agent usage is metered through a credit system. Credits are consumed when your agents process messages, use tools, or call AI models. Credit costs vary by model and operation. Unused credits do not expire while your subscription is active. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Credit top-ups are charged at the time of purchase. All amounts are in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you experience a service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period by contacting help@founders.sh.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your container will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you are in violation of these terms. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
AI agents are powered by third-party language models and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. You acknowledge that:
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Geonimo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (prompts, documents, configurations). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data or agent outputs.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and AI model providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers’ terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. If a third-party provider changes their terms, pricing, or availability, we may need to modify or discontinue related features.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geonimo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geonimo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Geonimo LLC regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
